Refund Policy

The short version: if a cookbook, guide or course isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of buying and we refund it in full. No interrogation, no form to fill in.
1. The 14-day window
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund on anything sold by Calder VY, LLC. Requests made after that window are read case by case, but we can't promise them.
2. How to ask for one
Email [email protected] with your order confirmation and, if you feel like sharing it, a line about what didn't work. That part is optional, and it genuinely shapes what we publish next. We aim to reply within two business days and to process approved refunds within five.
3. Digital delivery and refunds
Because cookbooks and guides arrive instantly as downloadable files, and course access unlocks straight away, there's nothing to send back. The refund simply goes to the card or account you paid with.
4. Course access after a refund
If a course is refunded, access to the video lessons and the downloadable recipe sheets closes once the refund is issued.
5. Bundles and part-refunds
If you bought a bundle and only want a refund on part of it, say so in your email — where it's workable, we'll sort out a fair partial refund rather than an all-or-nothing answer.
6. How long the money takes
Once we issue the refund, your bank or card provider may take a few more business days to show it. That stretch is outside our hands.
